QA Trainee

We are looking for a motivated QA Trainee to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will assist in testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and function as expected. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with basic knowledge of software testing who want to build a career in Quality Assurance.

1. Assist in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

2. Execute test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements.

3. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug tracking tools.

4. Perform functional, regression, and UI testing to ensure application quality.

5. Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to reproduce and resolve issues.

6. Verify that new features meet business and technical requirements.

7. Maintain test documentation and reports.

8. Participate in test planning and test case preparation.

9. Help ensure applications provide a smooth and reliable user experience.

1. Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.

2. Knowledge of manual testing and software testing lifecycle (STLC).

3. Familiarity with test case creation and bug reporting.

4. Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira etc.) is a plus.

5. Understanding of web and mobile application functionality.

6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Attention to detail and ability to identify issues.

8. Good communication and documentation skills.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or currently pursuing).

2. Basic knowledge or coursework in software testing / QA.

3. Internship or project experience in software testing is a plus.

4. Freshers with a strong interest in software quality and testing are encouraged to apply.
